9-week series start in January for Ages 0-4 on both Mondays and Tuesdays, 11:15AM-12:15PM.

Baby and Me Yoga is a nurturing class that is specially designed to provide a supportive environment which promotes bonding with and getting to know your growing baby. We welcome Moms, Dad, Nannies, and caregivers are welcome in this class with a baby from One Month to One Year Old.

We will share beneficial yoga poses that are suitable for any level of previous yoga experience that incorporate strengthening postures for postnatal recovery with playful interaction with your infant. C-section modifications can be offered if necessary. Crawlers, criers, and feeders are all welcome!
